Active Life 'Live' Online Classes
Active Life classes are generally less intense or gentler in nature and would be best described as 'Physical Activity' classes. These classes include a variety of different forms of movement, stretching and posture checks with a variety of basic and safe core exercises which are progressed on a weekly basis.
These classes are perfect for people who have never been very active or recently been debilitated and are looking to become more active and gain all the associated health benefits. In our ‘Active’ classes we have combined a number of different physical activities and gentle exercises to get you on the road to becoming more active.
Our conversion to online 'Live' Active Life classes has been a big success and allows people to access the expertise of our team from the comfort of their own home.
Due to the vast experience that we have built up over the years our highly trained team can accommodate all levels into a group scenario safely and seamlessly.
How Does Active Life 'Live' Online work?
Participants of a Active Life 'Live' Online class will be in a group of peers of similar physical ability overseen 'Live' by a Fit For Life certified therapist who will give real time feedback and advice when required.
Classes are approximately 45mins in duration.
Before you take part in an 'Active Life' 'Live' Online class, one of our Fit For Life certified therapists will conduct a one-off 15-min (approx) screening call by telephone to determine your current health and physical ability and to identify the appropriate class for you to join.
