What is Physiotherapy?
Physiotherapy involves evaluating, diagnosing and treating a range of injuries, disorders and disabilities in order to optimize the person’s mobility and functional capacity. Our chartered physiotherapists are graduate level healthcare practitioners specializing in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopaedic, respiratory and cardiac conditions. They provide a broad range of assessment and therapy services specifically developed for the older adult population.
Our Physiotherapy Services

Physiotherapy Home Visits – Our Physio’s travel to you and provide tailored physiotherapy to you in your own home.

Private residential Physiotherapy sessions in assisted living facilities (e.g Nursing and Retirement homes): Individual residents can book private appointments with our physiotherapists weekly

½ Day In-house Physiotherapy Services for Nursing Homes: ½ day weekly (3.5/4hrs)

Full day In-house Physiotherapy Services for Nursing Homes: 7/8 Hrs

Extended In-house Physiotherapy Service for Nursing Homes: e.g. 2 ½ days p/week

Annual or sickness cover for in-house physiotherapists

Individual Physiotherapy appointments at our Sandyford Village Clinic*

All of these services are carried out by Chartered Physiotherapists who are all CORU registered so you know you are in safe hands!

Physiotherapy - Home/Residential Visits
Fit For Life can provide a full Physiotherapy service to you or a loved one in the comfort of wherever you are currently residing. This could be while you are convalescing in a healthcare facility or at your home.
Online 'Live' Physiotherapy Appointments
We provide a full remote online live physiotherapy service which can accomodate the most common injuries and conditions. The range of the service includes initial assessments and follow up treatments with an option to join other online services such as our Stand Strong group exercise classes.
