Stand Strong 'Live' Online Exercise Classes
In our ‘Stand Strong’ classes we have combined a number of different physical activities to improve your strength, balance (including Tai Chi), posture, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness which are essential components in keeping fit, strong, healthy and independent.
Our conversion to online 'Live' Stand Strong classes has been a big success and allows people to access the expertise of our team from the comfort of their own home.
Due to the vast experience that we have built up over the years our highly trained team can accommodate all levels into a group scenario safely and seamlessly.
How Does Stand Strong 'Live' Online work?
Stand Strong 'Live' Online delivers Fit For Life best practice group exercise designed to improve your strength, balance, posture, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness.
Participants of a Stand Strong 'Live' Online class will be in a group of peers of similar physical ability overseen 'Live' by a Fit For Life certified therapist who will give real time feedback and advice when required.
Classes are approximately 45mins in duration. Any equipment required will be included in the cost.
Before you take part in a Stand Strong 'Live' Online class one of our Fit For Life certified therapists will conduct a one-off 15 min (approx) screening call by telephone to determine your current health and physical ability and to identify the appropriate class for you to join.
By attending our classes we can help you to build up your overall physical fitness to allow you to do the things that you really want to do! You can also avail of a more individualised bespoke service Stand Strong Plus to get even more benefits!
